Product introduction:
Polystyrene particle mortar is a kind of lightweight thermal insulation building mortar, which is compounded by cement, recycled polystyrene granule (EPS), polymerized adhesive powder and additives, and has the advantages of thermal insulation, anti-cracking and anti-seismic, and convenient construction. Its internal porous structure effectively reduces the weight (≤300kg/m³), and improves the sound insulation and fireproof performance (B1 class flame retardant), suitable for building energy-saving renovation, roof floor heating leveling and other scenarios, it is a new type of green building materials that take into account both environmental protection and performance.

Product application:
1.Exterior wall insulation system: replace the traditional insulation board, directly coated to form a continuous insulation layer, avoiding hot and cold bridges;
2.Roof insulation and leveling: lightweight characteristics to reduce the load on the building, suitable for pitched roofs or floor heating protection layer;
3.Indoor partition wall and old house remodeling: filling the wall cavity or renovating the wall surface to improve sound insulation and thermal comfort;
4.Pipe shaft wrapping: fire retardant properties are suitable for pipe insulation and fire protection barrier construction.
Packaging and shipping:
1.50kg/bag moisture-proof woven bag, with independent polystyrene granule package inside (need to unpack and stir before mixing);
2.Support bulk tanker transportation, stacking height limit ≤ 6 layers, shelf life of 4 months in cool and dry place.
Installation process:
1.Substrate treatment: clean up the substrate, repair cracks, spray interface agent to enhance bonding;
2.Mixing and stirring: according to the water-cement ratio (about 1:1) mechanical mixing for 3-5 minutes to uniform slurry;
3.Layered coating: 2-3 times construction, each layer thickness ≤ 30mm, interval of 6 hours or more;
4.Surface finishing: the last scraping and compaction, natural maintenance of 3-7 days to finish layer construction.
